Our villa is located on the hills of Pescia, in Via di Collecchio 41 at about 250 meters above sea level.

by car:

- A11 motorway, Chiesina Uzzanese exit

Coming from Florence, turn right at the motorway exit, go straight on at the first, second and third roundabout (direction Pescia); at the fourth roundabout (the ESSELUNGA supermarket is on the corner) turn left. After 400m, turn right onto Via di Marzalla; continue for 2.3 km and turn right before the church of Collecchio (in correspondence with a closed-end road sign) and continue for 400 meters until the end of the road.

Coming from Pisa/Viareggio, turn right at the motorway exit, then turn right again at the next crossroads. Go straight on at the first, second and third roundabout (direction Pescia); at the fourth roundabout (the ESSELUNGA supermarket is on the corner) turn left. After 400m, turn right onto Via di Marzalla; continue for 2.3 km and turn right before the church of Collecchio (in correspondence with a closed-end road sign) and continue for 400 meters until the end of the road.
