The property was carefully renovated in 2022 and consists of two apartments, of which the small one is inhabited only by the owner. Villa Camelia Tuscany is located approximately 250 meters above sea level and just 3 km from the historic center of the city of Pescia.

The Details

The apartment is approximately 95 sqmt, on two floors, with exposed beams on the upper floor, with Tuscan terracotta and wood floors and a splendid masonry kitchen. A spacious garden will allow you to enjoy maximum relax and sunbath in complete tranquility. You can also relax and enjoy the view from the above-ground pool overlooking the valley. A fantastic patio under a pergola with a long wooden table for your breakfasts or dinners under the stars.

The apartment is equipped on the ground floor with a typically Tuscan masonry kitchen, a dining room furnished in Tuscan style and a large entrance area; on the first floor three bedrooms, one of which is an attic room, and for a maximum of seven beds, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
